About Me
Terry Griffith’s broad Information Technology background spans nearly 20 years, prior to becoming the principal of Qwiff.net.
Twelve years ago, he began to focus primarily on Information Security for such clients as Philip Morris and Michigan State University. In 1997, he joined Capital One, a Fortune 200 company. He was the Director of Network Security, the Director of the Security Intelligence and Controls team, and the Director of the IT Risk Office Integration team.
In early 2007, he left to embark on a new phase of his career as an author, speaker and an entrepreneur with Qwiff.net. As the principal of Qwiff.net, he consults and advises a wide range of businesses about computer security. In addition to these ventures, Terry’s passion for information security also inspired him to start ID Theft Guru which provides identity theft resources to consumers.
